I have 8 years of experience in auto repair, back when they were commonly called "repair shops," about 19 years of experience in sheet metal painting (on-site), experience as a painting instructor at an auto repair technology training center, and about 16 years of experience in after-sales service as a technical instructor for a foreign paint manufacturer and a domestic automobile manufacturer. I continue to work on painting projects on-site even now.

I've always aspired to contribute to society, not just by gaining experience in the sheet metal and painting industry, but also since I was working on-site as a worker. However, I can't say that I've made much of a contribution yet, so I intend to continue doing my best, however small my contribution may be.

Having worked in various locations and situations, both in the past and present, I possess extensive experience and knowledge in automotive sheet metal repair and painting. In particular, as a worker, I have consistently worked to improve on-site operations and have always delivered results by following through on my promises. I can provide comprehensive consulting and advice, including not only simple on-site operational improvements but also personnel development. Moving forward, I would like to pass on the skills, techniques, and the ability to "convey heart" that I have cultivated to the next generation, and cultivate as many technicians as possible who possess the "ambition" to feel the joy of meeting customers' expectations.
